2Fees

Northwind will pay a fixed fee of £12,000 for the work in this statement.

3Payment

Half on signing, half on launch. Invoices are due within 14 days.

5Liability

Each party’s total liability under this agreement is capped at 9 months 8 months of fees paid.

6Termination

Either side can end this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
